Aureola Meditation
Live your strength to the fullest. No more bad days.
— For individuals & businesses —
| What is Aureola Meditation?
The word “Aureola” means “the radiance of the whole body”.
Meditation means returning to your own centre. Aureola Meditation offers a way to find your centre so fully that your entire being
begins to shine.
Walter Karl Eggerth, founder of Spiritissima GmbH, has been developing the method since around 2008. It is based on a system passed down
to us by the Apostle Paul, which connects parts of the body with spiritual qualities and with pieces of Roman armour:
“Be strong through the qualities of God” (Ephesians 6)
| What is Aureola Meditation for?
Aureola Meditation has both an energising and a relaxing effect.
It can provide support in a variety of life situations
Morning activation & presence
Supports an alert and present start to the day
— especially for night owls.
(“Is there life before the first coffee?”)
Stress management & composure
Developing composure and resilience,
while learning to manage anger
and a quick temper through practice.
Burnout prevention
Can help prevent burnout by
strengthening awareness
of your own boundaries and needs.
Focus & inner alignment
Helps you stay focused and less
affected by external distractions.
Physical anchor
Uses a physical movement as an anchor,
making it easier to reconnect with a sense
of inner balance and being “in tune”.
Integration into everyday life
Can be easily incorporated into everyday life as a simple routine, providing support whenever your inner balance begins to waver.
Who it is for
For people with little time — and perhaps a great deal of responsibility — who want to shape their daily lives consciously, drawing on their own strength and composure, even in difficult moments.
Who it may not be suitable for
Those who are very impatient or unable to commit to regular practice — even for a short time — are unlikely to experience the medium- and long-term changes.
